    What to expect

    This is more than a workshop. It’s a guided process of self-awareness, reflection and lasting behavioural change —
    designed to help you build confidence from the inside out.

      Module 1

      The Mind

      Discover the incredible power
      of your mind and how it shapes your thoughts, feelings and behaviours — and why certain patterns drive success while others lead to self-sabotage. Learn neuroscience-backed insights to understand how it is possible to reprogramme
      mental patterns.

      Module 2

      Outer Confidence

      Discover how confidence is communicated through behaviour, presence and communication style. Learn practical techniques to consciously project confidence even when you don’t feel it inside, create stronger first impressions and manage high-pressure situations more effectively.

      Module 3

      Assertiveness

      Explore why you respond confidently with some people but passively with others — or why certain situations make you crumble, avoid conflict or lose your voice altogether. Develop practical assertiveness skills to communicate more confidently, set boundaries and handle difficult situations more effectively.

      Module 4

      Courage 

      Understand what holds you back from taking action at work and why fear affects your thinking, behaviour and decision-making. Learn how to interrupt fear-based patterns so you can step outside your comfort zone and move forward with greater courage and confidence.

      Module 5

      Resilience

      Identify the hidden thinking patterns that affect resilience, including negative self-talk, distorted thinking and unhelpful mental filters. Learn how to consciously challenge these patterns so you can stay grounded, adaptable and resilient — even in the most difficult situations.

      Module 6

      Reprogramming Patterns

      Learn how to identify the hidden patterns shaping your confidence, courage and resilience. Develop powerful self-coaching techniques to transform and rewire these deeper patterns so you can create lasting behavioural change from the inside out.

      You’ll complete an in-depth reflection activity prior to joining the first session, helping you identify the areas you most want to change, the challenges you currently face at work and the goals you want to achieve through the programme..

      Small group experience

      There’s a maximum of 10 participants per group to ensure personalised support, meaningful discussion, individual reflection and a more personal learning experience.

      Between-session support

      Between sessions, you’ll receive guided reflection activities, practical tools and accountability support to help you apply the learning in everyday work situations.
