These Terms apply to products and services supplied by Orchard Training (UK) Limited, including but not limited to:
- The Confidence Breakthrough™ Self-Study Programme
- The Confidence Breakthrough™ Live Programme
- The Confidence Breakthrough™ Cards
- Breakthrough Blueprint™ Reports
- Digital downloads and learning resources
- 1:1 Coaching
Should you have any specific requirements beyond the standard products or services, please contact us in advance to discuss suitable options.
Workshops, masterclasses, consultancy services, corporate licences, organisational programmes and bespoke solutions are normally supplied under separate proposals, quotations, service agreements or corporate terms documents.
Where a separate agreement is entered into, that agreement shall take precedence over these Commercial Terms & Conditions.
FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
All fees are charged in advance.
VAT is not applicable, and there are no additional expenses.
Prices displayed on this Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, introductory offers, discounts, seasonal promotions or special event pricing. Such offers are available only for the period stated and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
The applicable price for any product or service will be the price displayed on the Site, payment page, booking page or invoice at the time of purchase.
Where a payment link, invoice or bespoke quotation has been provided, the quoted price will remain valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Access to any digital product, programme or associated materials will only be granted once full payment has been received.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are supplied electronically.
Where immediate access is provided, you agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be affected under applicable consumer legislation.
Unless otherwise stated, access is granted solely to the named purchaser.
Digital content may not be copied, shared, distributed or made available to third parties.
THE CONFIDENCE BREAKTHROUGH™ SELF-STUDY PROGRAMME
Orchard Training (UK) Limited provides access to The Confidence Breakthrough™ Self-Study Programme under these terms, where you will receive:
- a) Immediate access to the full Confidence Breakthrough™ Self-Study Programme via a secure login;
- b) Access to the digital version of the accompanying book embedded within the course content (please note, a separate digital copy of the book will not be provided; instead, you will find links to PDF versions of each page to support and deepen the learning experience);
- c) Access to downloadable resources, reflection activities and learning materials contained within the programme.
BOOKING AND ACCESS PROCEDURE
- Access to The Confidence Breakthrough™ Self-Study Programme is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Following payment, you will receive an email containing your login details and instructions on how to access the course materials. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this within 24 hours.
- For any technical support or programme-related questions during your access period, please contact us at Jo@JoBlakeleyTraining.co.uk.
- The programme content, including all course materials and accompanying resources, is licensed strictly for personal use only. Sharing, distributing or making the content available to any third party without explicit written permission from Orchard Training (UK) Limited is prohibited and may constitute a breach of these Terms.
CANCELLATION
As The Confidence Breakthrough™ Self-Study Programme is a digital product with immediate access provided upon payment, cancellation is not applicable once login details have been issued.

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds will not normally be issued once login details have been provided.
However, The Confidence Breakthrough™ Self-Study Programme includes the voluntary guarantee set out below.
SELF-STUDY PROGRAMME GUARANTEE
The Confidence Breakthrough™ Self-Study Programme includes a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee.
If, within 7 days of purchase, you decide the programme is not right for you, and you have completed no more than two modules, you may request a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted to Jo@JoBlakeleyTraining.co.uk within 7 days of purchase.
Requests received after this period, or where more than two modules have been accessed, will not be eligible.
This guarantee applies only to individual consumer purchases of The Confidence Breakthrough™ Self-Study Programme and does not apply to corporate licences, organisational purchases or bulk licence purchases.
SELF-STUDY DISCLAIMER
While The Confidence Breakthrough™ Self-Study Programme is designed to support professional growth, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Success will depend on various factors, including individual effort, engagement and personal circumstances.
The programme content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.
If you require such support, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Each purchase provides access for one named individual only. Logins may not be shared, transferred or reassigned without prior written consent.
Breach of this condition may result in access being revoked without refund.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted access to the course platform. However, we cannot guarantee availability at all times due to factors beyond our control.
If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact us at Jo@JoBlakeleyTraining.co.uk and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Access to the course is provided for 12 months from the date of activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Continued access beyond this period is not guaranteed.
You are fully responsible for how you choose to engage with the programme content. Any decisions or actions taken as a result of participating in the programme are your own responsibility.
THE CONFIDENCE BREAKTHROUGH™ LIVE PROGRAMME
The Confidence Breakthrough™ Live Programme is delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams or another nominated platform.
ATTENDANCE
The programme is designed as a live, interactive learning experience. Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions wherever possible.
PROGRAMME MATERIALS
Participants receive access to a digital version of The Confidence Breakthrough™ book for their personal use only. It may not be copied, shared or distributed.
All programme materials, exercises, resources and supporting content are provided solely for the personal use of the participant and remain the intellectual property of Orchard Training (UK) Limited.
SESSION RECORDINGS
To encourage open discussion and create a confidential and psychologically safe learning environment, live sessions are not recorded.
The programme is designed to include reflection, discussion, coaching-style conversations and participant contributions. We believe participants are more likely to engage honestly and fully when sessions are not being recorded.
MISSED SESSIONS
If you are unable to attend a session, recordings will not be available.
Participants may use the accompanying book and programme materials to continue their learning between sessions.
Individual catch-up sessions are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards facilitators and fellow participants at all times.
We reserve the right to remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate.
No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
MINIMUM NUMBERS
We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule a Live Programme if minimum participant numbers are not reached.
If this occurs, participants will be offered either:
- A transfer to a future programme; or
- A full refund.
PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the programme start date are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be transferred to a future programme.
No refunds will be issued once the programme has commenced.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, delivery dates, timings or facilitators where necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
LIVE PROGRAMME DISCLAIMER
The Confidence Breakthrough™ Live Programme is provided for educational, learning and professional development purposes only.
The programme may include teaching, reflection exercises, coaching-style conversations, group discussion and professional development activities. It does not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, psychiatric support, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice.
Whilst many participants experience positive professional outcomes, we do not guarantee any specific results, including improvements in confidence, communication, performance, career progression or personal circumstances.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing throughout and following the programme.
If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, mental health difficulties, or require diagnosis or treatment, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
COACHING
BOOKING AND RESCHEDULING
Coaching sessions must be booked in advance.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
COACHING DISCLAIMER
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support professional development.
The client remains responsible for all decisions, actions and outcomes arising from coaching conversations and any actions taken following coaching sessions.
Whilst coaching may support increased self-awareness, confidence, communication and performance, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice and should not be regarded as a substitute for professional support in those areas.
If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, mental health difficulties, or require diagnosis or treatment, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
This section applies to physical products sold directly through this Site, including The Confidence Breakthrough™ Cards.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Following payment, orders will normally be processed within 2 working days.
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically arrives within 2–3 working days following dispatch, delays may occasionally occur which are outside our control.
You will normally receive tracking information from Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at Jo@JoBlakeleyTraining.co.uk and we will investigate the issue.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect address details supplied by you.
REFUND POLICY
Should you decide to purchase physical products from this Site, you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of purchase.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as your statutory “cooling-off period”.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must notify us in writing of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned to us in its original, unused and resaleable condition, including any packaging.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the above criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days via your original method of payment.
Return postage is not reimbursed unless the item is faulty.
If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

CARDS DISCLAIMER
The Confidence Breakthrough™ Cards are designed to encourage reflection, self-awareness, professional development and confidence-building.
They are provided for informational and motivational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical advice, psychological treatment or any form of mental health support.
We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes or effects of using the cards and do not claim they will improve mental health, emotional wellbeing, confidence or performance.
The cards should not be relied upon as professional advice.
If you are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties, please consult your GP or another appropriately qualified professional.
While every effort is made to ensure the cards are safe and of high quality, they are not suitable for very young children and should be used with care.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
From time to time we may recommend books and third-party resources.
Any purchases made through third-party retailers, websites or platforms are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant retailer or supplier.
We accept no responsibility for products, services or content supplied by third parties.
CORPORATE SERVICES
Workshops, masterclasses, consultancy services, corporate licences, organisational programmes and bespoke solutions are normally supplied under a separate proposal, quotation, service agreement or corporate terms document.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All programme materials, resources, frameworks, reports, assessments, videos, workbooks, cards, downloads, presentations and learning materials remain the intellectual property of Orchard Training (UK) Limited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The Breakthrough Framework™
- The Confidence Breakthrough™
- The Communication Breakthrough™
- The Leadership Breakthrough™
- Breakthrough Blueprint™
- The Confidence Kickstart Pack™
No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted, recorded, uploaded, shared or used to create derivative training, coaching, consultancy or educational products without prior written permission.
COMMUNICATION
Communication with clients will normally be via email, telephone or video conferencing unless otherwise agreed.
Electronic communications are not completely secure and we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by viruses or technical failures.
Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Communications between us will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary for the operation of our business.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All services are provided with reasonable care and skill.
Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or business-related losses.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, confidence improvements, behavioural changes, promotions, business results or professional achievements.
Individual results will vary depending on circumstances, engagement and effort.
Nothing provided through our products or services constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.
If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health difficulties or require diagnosis or treatment, please seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, technical failures, internet outages, platform failures, industrial disputes, acts of God or government restrictions.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
No person other than the purchaser or participant shall have any right to enforce these Terms.
ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE
Some content, resources, images or communications may be created, edited, enhanced or supported using artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
All content is reviewed by Jo Blakeley Training before publication or distribution.
AI-supported content is intended to support learning, communication and operational efficiency and should not be relied upon as a sole source of advice or factual information.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute arising from these Terms or any product or service supplied by Orchard Training (UK) Limited.
