We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

If defective digital content that we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.

REFUND POLICY

Should you decide to purchase a physical product (such as our Motivation Cards) from this Site, you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of purchase.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as your statutory “cooling-off period.”

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must notify us in writing of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be returned to us in its original, unused and resaleable condition, including any packaging.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the above criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days via your original method of payment. We will refund the full purchase price of £19.99. Return postage is not reimbursed unless the item is faulty.

If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
