Booking and Access Procedure:
- Access to The Confidence Breakthrough Programme is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Following payment, you will receive an email containing your login details and instructions on how to access the course materials. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this within 24 hours.
- For any technical support or programme-related questions during your access period, please contact us at Jo@JoBlakeleyTraining.co.uk.

Fees and Payment Terms
All fees are charged in advance. VAT is not applicable, and there are no additional expenses.
Where we have provided a quote, it will remain valid for 7 days from the date issued. After this period, we reserve the right to revise the pricing and estimated timescales. All quotes are bespoke and reflect the time and scope required for each project. Pricing may vary depending on factors such as an existing working relationship or the complexity of the request.
Access to the online course and associated materials will only be granted once full payment has been received.
Cancellation and Postponement
As The Confidence Breakthrough Programme is a digital product with immediate access provided upon payment, cancellation or postponement is not applicable once login details have been issued. Please ensure your organisation is ready to begin the programme before completing the purchase.
If you have any questions about suitability or need to discuss start timing before purchase, please contact us at Jo@JoBlakeleyTraining.co.uk.
Where access to The Confidence Breakthrough Programme is being purchased on a bulk licence basis, logins may be issued immediately upon payment or staggered as agreed in writing at the time of purchase.
If your organisation wishes to postpone the activation of licences (e.g. delay access for a cohort start date), this must be agreed in writing prior to or at the point of purchase. Once a licence has been activated (i.e. a learner has been provided with their individual login details), that licence is considered used and cannot be cancelled or postponed.
Please ensure internal readiness before activating learner licences, as once issued, licences are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once learner login details have been provided, even if the licence is unused. We recommend confirming the number of licences required and intended activation timeline before completing your purchase.
If your organisation identifies a significant issue with access or usability, please contact Jo@JoBlakeleyTraining.co.uk within 7 days of activation so we can support you in resolving the issue.
Where physical copies of the accompanying book or Confidence Breakthrough Cards are purchased:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Jo@JoBlakeleyTraining.co.uk with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Any returns (where agreed in advance) must be unused and in their original packaging and condition.
