We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
If defective digital content that we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.
REFUND POLICY
When you make an electronic purchase then you will be sent a link for a direct access. At the point of purchase, you will be asked to confirm your express consent to receiving access immediately. As this is a digital product with immediate access, you will consent to receiving the course materials straight away by accepting the terms of service. By doing so, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee. If, within 7 days of purchase, you decide the course isn’t right for you, and you have completed no more than two modules, you may request a full refund.
To request a refund under our money-back guarantee, please email us at Jo@JoBlakeleyTraining.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase. Requests received after this period, or where more than two modules have been accessed, will not be eligible.
Your course access will remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase. This access period allows sufficient time to complete the course at your own pace.
